Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc and Turmeric contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, counteracting the effects of free radicals. Oxidation reactions can produce free radicals that are responsible for the initiation of a chain reaction that damages the cells.
